Ich zieh zum 30.06 aus meinem Zimmer im Stühlinger aus. Das Zimmer steht zur Miete und nicht zur Zwischenmiete! Es liegt in der Ferdinand Weiß Straße und man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min an der SportUni. Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG (MB: Mann) die eher Zweck mäßig ist. Das Zimmer ist 11 qm groß mit Balkon was ziemlich nice ist. Die Lage ist super ruhig und in der Nähe habt ihr alles was man braucht Apotheke, Nachbarschaftsladen, SBahn, Döner, Frisör. Alles habt ihr in höchstens 5 min per Fuß. Fürs Zimmer und alle Nebenkosten zahlt man 420€ da ist auch Müll, Hausmeister und Internet drinnen Im Keller sind Waschmaschinen (~1,50€ pro Wäschegang) + Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen. Man hat auch noch ein kleines Kellerabteil wo man das Fahrrad über Nacht reinstellen kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock. Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
