Ich habe mein 14 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Stuhlinger.
Die Wohnung ist eine coole 7-er WG, bestehend aus vier Frauen und zwei Männern. Es gibt zwei Bäder und eine gemeinsame Küche mit allen Utensilien.
Ich möchte mein Zimmer für mindestens 2 Monate untervermieten (31/06/2021-31/08/2021). Danach kann man den Vertrag übernehmen oder ausziehen. Einzug ist ggf auch früher möglich.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 285 Euro warm (alles inklusive: Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet).
Unmöbliert aber meine Möbel könnten übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage, nahe dem Zentrum von Freiburg, in der Nähe von Edeka und Penny.
Lassen Sie mich wissen, indem ihr mir eine Nachricht schickt und ich kann Ihnen alle Informationen geben, die ich wahrscheinlich ausgelassen habe (Fotos etc.) 😀
Besichtigung ist jederzeit möglich. Die Mitbewohner sind sauber, rücksichtsvoll und sehr nett!
Einzige Voraussetzung: Ihr müsst als Student eingeschrieben sein.

I would like to rent out my 14 square meter room in the student dormitory Stuhlinger.
The apartment is a cool 7-person shared apartment, consisting of four women and two men. There are two bathrooms and a shared kitchen with all utensils.
I would like to sublet my room for at least 2 months (31/06/2021-31/08/2021). After that you can take over the contract or move out. Moving in is also possible earlier if necessary.
The monthly rent is 285 Euro warm (everything included: electricity, heating, water, internet).
Unfurnished but my furniture could be taken over.
The apartment is in a very central location, close to the center of Freiburg, near Edeka and Penny.

Viewing is possible at any time. Roommates are clean, considerate and very nice!
The only requirement: you must be enrolled as a student.
