Bei uns ist für ein paar Wochen ein nettes kleines Zimmer in der WG frei. Also falls ihr spontan ein Zimmer für ein paar Wochen (bis Ende September) sucht, oder nur für einen kürzen Zeitraum dazwischen, meldet euch :)
Die WG liegt im Dachgeschoss (Altbau) im wunderschönen Stühlinger. Das Zimmer hat ca. 11 m² und ist über den Flur zugänglich. Da wir im obersten Stockwerk Wohnen gehört der Flur quasi zur Wohnung. Zusätzlich haben wir ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, in dem des Öfteren das ein oder andere Bier getrunken wird.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten mit Grill und Biertischgarnitur.
Lage
Wer den Stühlinger kennt, weiß von der absoluten premium Lage. Viele Bars, Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr nah zum Bahnhof. Nach wie vor trauern wir um den Späti hier ums eck :(
WG-Leben
Wir beide, Manu und Henning, studieren an der Uni, versuchen möglichst viel draußen zu sein (klettern, biken, wandern) und sind abends gerne draußen mit nem Bierchen unterwegs. Ansonsten genießen wir es auch sehr den Abend einfach mal gemütlich mit gutem Essen oder einem Film im Wohnzimmer zu verbringen.

We have a nice little room in the WG free for a few weeks. So if you are spontaneously looking for a room for a few weeks (until the end of September), or only for a short period in between, get in touch :)
The WG is located in the attic (old building) in the beautiful Stühlinger. The room has about 11 m² and is accessible via the hallway. Since we live on the top floor, the hallway is virtually part of the apartment. In addition, we have a cozy living room, where we often drink a beer or two.
Behind the house there is a small garden with barbecue and beer table.
Location
Who knows the Stühlinger, knows about the absolute premium location. Many bars, parks, shopping and very close to the train station. We still mourn the Späti here around the corner :(
WG-Life
We both, Manu and Henning, study at the university, try to be outside as much as possible (climbing, biking, hiking) and like to be outside with a beer in the evening. Otherwise, we also enjoy spending the evening in the living room with a good meal or a movie.
