The building has many amenities and services in its surrounding area. For grocery shopping Kaufland is just a 4 minute walk from the apartment location and Lidl is a 10 minute walk. There is a fitnessloft also 4 minutes away, a DM and a bakery just across the street.
There is also a Frelo station right next to the building's entrance and bike racks to lock your bike, an electric car charging station and an underground parking garage.
The Kitchen, bathroom and balcony areas are shared areas.
In the kitchen each tenant has their own set of kitchen utensils, plates and tools. The shared items in the kitchen are the stove top, microwave/oven and the prepping table.
In the balcony a table with two chairs owned by me are placed there for shared use.
In the bathroom of course everything is private, nothing is shared.
The building has a laundry room with 5 laundry machines and 2 dryers in the basement. There is a laundry service available at Renweg that is about 15 minutes away on foot that can also be used if needed.
There are some nice restaurants and cafes in the vicinity for recreational time and a ping pong table between the building complex.
