The approximately 20m ² room with high ceilings and the wooden floor is located in a shared flat with two shower rooms and a big kitchen with Microwave and oven.
Das Vauban ist ein Stadtteil mit allem was man braucht - Lebensmittelläden wie Aldi, Rewe, Alnatura, DM sind in nur 5 Minuten zur Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie die Bahnhaltestelle Paula-Modersohn-Platz. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof. Der Schönberg ist direkt um die Ecke genauso wie der Dorfbach und die Schönbergwiesen, auf denen man den Sommer genießen und einige schöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben kann.:)
The Vauban is a district with everything you need - grocery stores like Aldi, Rewe, Alnatura, DM are within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as the Paula-Modersohn-Platz train station. By bike, you are in 10-15 minutes in the city center or at the train station. The Schönberg is just around the corner as well as the Dorfbach and the Schönberg meadows, where you can enjoy the summer and enjoy some beautiful sunsets :)
Es wohnen in der 6er-WG zurzeit 2 Männer und 4 Frau. Das WG-Leben ist unkompliziert. Ein wöchentlicher Putzplan mit rotierenden Aufgaben ist vorhanden. Ansonsten ist das WG-Leben mit- und untereinander entspannt.
We live in the 7-WG currently 2 men and 4 women. It is a shared flat with no complications. A weekly cleaning plan with rotating tasks is followed. The shared flat is a relaxing and nice place to live in.

Die Gesamtmiete inklusive Internet, Strom, Müll, Hausmeister und Warmwasser liegt bei einer Pauschale von 294€
Besteht Interesse an dem Zimmer, muss der offizielle Weg über das Studierendenwerk eingeschlagen werden. Wenn wir diesbezüglich kurz Rücksprache halten, sollte das allerdings kein größeres Problem sein.
Im Keller stehen zwei Münzwaschmaschinen und ein Trockner. Fahrradkeller vorhanden.

If you are interested in the room, you can take in an official way through the Studierendenwerk. If we talk about this for a moment, that should not be a major problem.
In the basement are two coin-operated washing machines and a dryer. Bicycle storage available.
