Ich stelle mein sehr geräumiges und gemütliches Zimmer in Vauban (Studentenwohnheim) zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung. Es ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über ein großes sowie ein kleines Fenster mit Ausblick auf den grünen Innenhof des Wohnheims. Internetanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die WG hat außerdem einen kleinen Balkon, einen Flur mit Sofa und eine gemeinsame Küche, in der jeder sein eigenes Küchen- und Kühlschrankfach hat. Bäder mit Toilette gibt es 2, die ebenfalls gemeinsam benutzt werden.
I sublet my cozy and spacious room in the Vauban dormitory. It is completely furnished and has one big and one small window with views of the green courtyard of the dormitory. It also has Internet access. Furthermore, the flat has a little balcony, a hallway with couch, and a shared kitchen in which everyone has their own kitchen shelf and space in the fridge. There are two bathrooms that are shared as well.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Studentendorf in Vauban mit sehr guter Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Rewe, Aldi, DM und Alnatura sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad oder der Straßenbahn ist man in 10 bis 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Von Vauban aus ist man ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten in der Natur - Weinberge und Wald laden zu schönen Spaziergängen ein, wenn man mal etwas Ruhe braucht. Ansonsten ist in Vauban meist immer etwas los : )
The dormitory has a very good connection to public transport. Rewe, Aldi, DM, and Alnatura are within 5 minutes of walking distance. By tram or by bike you are in the city center in 10-15 Minutes. Nature is very close as well - you can take a calm walk through the vineyards or the forest where you are in a few minutes. Otherwise, there is usually a lot happening in Vauban : )
Ein Zimmer der WG wird speziell an internationale Studierende vermietet. Alle sind sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Gerne werden auch spontane WG-Abende veranstaltet, ansonsten kann man sich aber auch ohne Probleme zurückziehen.
One room of the flat is always rented to international students. Everyone is very open and you can always ask for help. Sometimes we arrange spontaneous flat evenings together. Otherwise, you can always retreat to your room without a problem.
