1 Room with Balcony, warm rent 400 € includes everything, is available in 3 room Apartment located in Weingarten, 5 min walk to next Tram Stop Krozinger Straße. Aldi, Rossmann, Turkish Store, Teddy ´and Bakery are at 1 minute walk. Room is furnished with a bed, study table, closet and a comfortable study chair. Kitchen is a bit old fashioned, but quite spacious and has all the utensils etc you will need. There is one shared Toilet, one Store and 1 Bathroom.
The room is available for a month of February but in worse case if you cant find another room it can be extended to a week only.
about flatmates: Jazzy and Imran, we are both close friends, in 30´s, graduated from University of Freiburg.
I work with the Stadt Freiburg, Amt für Migration und Integration and Jazzi is doing PhD in Physics at the University of Freiburg. We speak fluent German and English. we are kind of extrovert, laidback and love socialising, however we do respect privacy and personal time at the same time.
very important for us is cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, toilet and bathroom.
