Hi! Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für ein Zimmer (12m2) in unserer WG. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und alles ist neu.
Die Wohnung wurde neu renoviert mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einem Backofen und einer Waschmaschine. Wir haben auch einen Balkon mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht, der vom Sebastian Zimmer aus betreten werden kann.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnis werden Sebastian (30) und Joni (25) sein. Sebastian ist Ingenieur und arbeitet bereits. Joni studiert noch Medizin. Beide sind sehr gesellig, machen gerne Sport und sind für viele Aktivitäten zu haben.
Wir sind eine Nicht-Zweck-WG. Wir hängen gerne in der Küche bei Essen und Getränken ab. Wir teilen auch alles, also möchten wir jemanden, der die gleiche Stimmung hat und zur entspannten Atmosphäre in der Wohnung beitragen kann :)
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten von der nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft-, Apotheke-, Post- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Dahinter befindet sich der wunderschöne Dietenbach-Park :). Besonders jetzt im Sommer verbringen wir gerne unsere Zeit dort mit Freunden und auch die Dreisam (Fluss in Freiburg) ist ganz in der Nähe :)
Es gibt auch ein Einkaufsviertel

Hi! we’re looking for a new tenant for a room (12m2) in the flat. The room is Fully furnished and everything is new.
The flat is newly renovated with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and washer. We also have balcony with a very nice view that can be entered from Sebastian room.
Your new roomates are going to bee Sebastian (30) and Joni (25). Sebastian is already working as an engineer, Joni is still studying medicine. We like to be social, do sports and are generally interested in a lot of activities.
We’re a non-Zweck WG. We like hanging out in the kitchen at night over food and drinks. We also share everything so we’d like someone who has the same vibe and would contribute to the chill atmosphere in the apartment. :)
We like to keep the apartment clean. So we would appreciate it if you respect that.
The apartment is 5 minutes away from the closest grocery, pharmacy, post office and tram stop. Behind it is the Dietenbach park which is amazing :) and lively especially now in summer we like to spent our time there with friends and also the dreisome is very close by :)
There is also a shopping area 10 mins away by bike

I am Sebastian and working as engineer near by. I share the flat with Joni ( medicin student) and Maha.
Because Maha is leaving to Italy the room will be free on 1th of April.
