We have a free room in our beautiful flat 🎊🎉
At the end of Juli one of our flatmates is moving of the apartment!
The room is about 12-14 sqr. meters and already has a bed, closet table and a chair so you don't need to buy the furniture 😁
The rent is 530 € and there is a deposit of 1800 € (you can talk with landlord about it)
The 3 people shared apartment is about 90 square meters and it's located on Binzengrün street very close to the Am Lindenwäldle Tram station. (15 min with the tram to Hbf). The location is really nice and quiet, very close to Dietenbachsee Park (10 min walk) there are many supermarkets within 3-10 min walks (Aldi Rossman, Lidl and Kaufland)
Currently living in the apartment:
Me (Gabrielle) from France, I study art history and archaeology in Freiburg, and I work in the archeological museum of the city. Speaks French, English and German.
Elias from Syria working also online from home. And he speaks English, German, Arabic and little French. We're both vaccinated 💉
Very important that you try to keep the apartment clean and in order. I'm very social and over the weekends I bring friends over so that should be okay for you too.
