Da ich mich für den Zeitraum im Ausland befinde, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Logia, großem Wohnzimmer und zwei Balkonen (und den 3 Schlafzimmern). Meine Mitbewohner sind zwei nette und ruhige internationale Studenten.
Die Altstadt erreicht man in 7 Minuten zu Fuß und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 2min entfernt.

Since I am abroad for the period, I am looking for a temporary tenant for my shared room. The apartment consists of a logia, large living room and two balconies (and the 3 bedrooms). My roommates are two nice and quiet international students.
The old town can be reached in 7 minutes on foot and a tram stop is 2 minutes away.
