Hallo zusammen,
ich würde gerne wieder ein Zimmer meiner Zweizimmer-Whg. untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Die Fotos sind allerdings nicht ganz aktuell - die Einrichtung des Zimmers hat sich etwas geändert.)
Bevorzugt an Wochenendpendler, tageweise o.ä. - Die Miete würden wir dann entsprechend Anteilig vereinbaren.
Das Zimmer ist ruhig, schön und hell und hat einen Balkon.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es sind ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof, Tram-, Busstationen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Tankstelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Kurz zu mir: Ich habe meine Studienzeit bereits hinter mir und bin berufstätig. Ich bin eher ein ruhigerer Typ, unternehme jedoch gerne viel in meiner Freizeit, u.A. gehe gerne tanzen und treibe regelmäßig Sport. .
