Wir suchen einen Nachmieter zum 01.07. oder 01.08.2018 für ein WG-Zimmer in der Bürgerwehrstraße 23, zentral, verkehrsgünstig und ruhig gelegen. Im Zimmer befindet sich:
ein Bett, ein großer Schrank, ein großes Regal, eine Pantry-Küche, ein Schreibtisch, ein kleiner runder Tisch (alles siehe Bilder) In der Wohnung selbst gibt es ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusch/WC und eine Gemeinschaftsdiele. Freitag bis Sonntag kann die Waschmaschine im Keller benutzt werden.
Zwei der 4 Zimmer werden fast kaum benutzt. Bei Fragen gerne mailen!
