Ich biete ein gemütliches Zimmer in einem frisch renovierten (December 2018) Altbau. Es ist nicht möbliert, hat gemütlichen Teppichboden und leicht schräge Decke. Heizung wurde neu während die Renovierung gemacht, sie funktioniert super durch den Thermostat.
I offer a nice cozy room in a recently (december 2018) renovated apartment. Not furnished, with carpet floor and slightly sloping ceiling on one side of the room. Heating works perfectly (through the thermostat), since it was installed new at the time renovation took place.
Schwabentorbrücke und Johanneskirche Straßenbahnstationen sind zu Fuß in 3-5 Minuten erreichbar, 5 min zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt, 7 Minuten - bis zum Wiehre Wald. Läden und Bäckereien sind hier überall =).
Nearest tram stops are Schwabentorbrücke and Johanneskirche, both are reachable in 3-5 minutes on foot. 5 minutes to the old town, 7 minutes to the Wiehre forest. Supermarkets and bakeries all over the place.
Die WG wäre für unkomplizierte arbeitende Menschen oder ältere Studenten geeignet. Auf jeden Fall ist es keine Party-WG oder die, wo leere Bierflaschen noch eine Woche lang danach rum stehen. Wird aber super zu jemandem passen, der/die nach der Arbeit einfach gemütlich seine/ihre Ruhe haben will. Das Haus hat 3 Etagen: im ersten Stock wohnt ein junges Pärchen, im zweiten - die Vermieterin mit ihrem Kind (7Jahre) und im dritten ist die WG. Kellerabteil, Dachboden, Terasse und Innenhof können von allen genützt werden.
The shared flat would be perfect for easy-going working people or older students. For sure, not a Party-WG! The flat is suitable for those, who like to simply relax after a working day. There are 3 floors in the building: first is occupied by a young couple, landlord with her son (7 years old) lives on the second floor and the 3rd one is this WG. There is also a common storage in the basement and in the attic, terrace and garden.
