Das Zimmer ist hell und hat Blick auf den Schwarzwald und das Höllental. Die Wohnung ist mit 140qm sehr großzügig, es gibt eine große Wohnküche und die Wohnung ist bereits mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Einbauküche, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Küchenmöbel und einem Grundstock an Geschirr). Es sind noch 3 weitere Zimmer in der Wohnung, die auch noch nicht vermietet sind.
Das Haus ist im schönen Wiehre-Altbaustil um 1900 gebaut worden und wurde regelmäßig saniert. Ein großer Garten hinter dem Haus und ein kleiner Garten vor dem Haus sind nutzbar.

The room is very light and has a view on the Black forrest, over the roofs of the other buildings. The 140sqm (= 1260 sq feet) flat is very spacious. There is a large open plan kitchen. The flat has everything you need already: washing machine, dish washer, full built-in kitchen, fridge, micro wave, kitchen furniture and some basic cuttlery. There is 3 more rooms in the flat, that are upto rent as of July 1st.
The Building is a very nice Altbau (old building) in the district of Wiehre, constructed around 1900. It was regularly renovated. A large garden behind the house and small garden in front of the house can be used.
Die Wohnung ist einseits sehr nah zur Uni und Innenstadt (5-10 Min zu Fuß), gleichzeitig aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Wiehre gelegen. Die Dreisam befindet sich unmittelbar am Ende der Straße (1 min zu Fuß). Um in den Schwarzwald zu kommen muss man auch nur 10 Minuten laufen, dort kann man schön joggen oder spazieren.

The flat is perfectly situated: on the hand it borders the inner city, with a 5-10 min walking distance to the university and the city center, on the other hand it is in quiet side street of the beautiful disctrict of Wiehre. The river Dreisam is just down the street (50m). To get to the Black Forrest you need 10 mins by foot, and it is perfect for having a walk or joggin.
Derzeit ist die WG unbewohnt, sie würden zu den ersten Bewohnern gehören. Bei der Vermietung ist mir wichtig, dass respektvolle, ordentliche und zuverlässige Mieter die Wohnung bewohnen.

The other rooms are like this rooms up for rent so you could be one of the first cohabitants. When renting out the rooms it is important to me to have respectful, tidy and reliable renters in the flat.
Das WG-Zimmer kann bis Ende 2021 bewohnt werden, dann wird die Wohnung durch mich und meine Familie selbst genutzt werden. Eine kürzere Mietdauer ist selbstverständlich auch möglich, sie sollte aber mindestens 6 Monate betragen.
Eine Zimmerbesichtigung ist voraussichtlich im Zeitraum vom 25.-28.6 möglich. Bitte teilen Sie mir mit, wann Sie für eine Besichtigung vor Ort sein können. Wenn Sie nicht vor Ort sein können, ist zur Not ein Gespräch per Skype möglich, ich würde allerdings ein persönliches Treffen bevorzugen.
Bitte teilen Sie mir in Ihrer Anfrage mit,
- welcher Beschäftigung Sie nachgehen und wie Sie die Mietzahlung finanzieren wollen
- wie lange Sie in Freiburg bleiben wollen bzw. das Zimmer mieten wollen (wie oben geschrieben max. 2,5 Jahre. Eine kürzere Dauer bis wenigstens einem halben Jahr ist selbstverständlich auch möglich).

The room can be rented up until the end of year 2021 at the most, afterwards the falt will be used by me and my family. A shorter rent is possible, the minimum period should not be less than 6 months though.
An inspection date can be arranged between the 25th and 28th of June. Please tell me if and on which date it would be possible for you to show up at 5 Uhlandstrasse. A Skype interview would be possible, if necessary, whough I would prefer a personal meeting.
