Das Zimmer ist super Hell/ Ruhig /Zentral gelegen, schöne Aussicht, schön ausgestatet (with furniture and with everything you might need also in Kitchen/ Bathroom). Dazu gehört auch Mitbenutzung der Wohnküche, Bad, toilete, Hinterhof und vom Tanzraum im Erdgeschoss als Wohnzimmer/Trainingzimmer. Ich bin ein jung gebliebenen 40er mit 9 jährige Tochter das 1x die Woche vorbei kommt. Es gibt dazu zwei Toiletten und ein Badezimmer.
3 minuten from Universität und Universität Bibliothek/Mensa/ mit alles in 5 Minuten Nähe Rewe bis 24:00/ 50 Restaurants/Kino/Theater, usw. Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Haustür. Top Fenster man hört nichts. Strasse ist ruhig außerhalb der Stosszeiten 6-10 und 18-20:00
Im an aktive 40 years jung Dance teacher and Arts Teacher working in my own dance school (parterrre, where you can take classes for free) and in a Waldorfschool/ also as erlebnispaedagoge in Freizeitaktivitaeten. Ich tue auch mal gerne was gemeinsam Unternehmen/ Kochen/ Gärtnern muss aber nicht unbedingt. Für tipps rund um Freiburg bin ich als alte Hase jederzeit. Ich musiziere gerne und freu mich besonderes auf musiker und kunstinteressierte, kulturel/ philosophisch, spirituell interessierte Menschen. Aber das wichtigste ist mir doch jemand der das Herz am richtigen Flecken hat. Ich bin eher der etwas chaotischen und vielseitig interessierte künstler typ, dazu passen nur entspannte geduldige Leute (aber bitte welche die auch sauberkeit und Ordnung kein Fremdwort ist und auch ihren teil unseren gemeinsamen Pflichten in dieser Hinsicht selbstverständlich erledigen. Meine sympatische und offene 8. Jährige Tochter ist ca. 2 Tage pro dabei.
