Wir suchen eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für ein kleines, aber sehr gemütliches Zimmer in einer noch gemütlicheren WG.
Da das Zimmer zwischen zwei Umzügen vermietet wird, ist es nur wenig möbiliert, aber ein Doppelbett, einen kleinen Tisch und eine Kommode können wir auf jeden Fall bieten. Zum Ausgleich bietet die WG ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, einen großen Balkon auf der Sonnenseite, einen kleineren Balkon direkt am Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Gästeklo, Keller und noch etwas zusätzlichen Stauraum.

We are looking for a temporary flatmate to join our cozy flat for two months.
Since the room in question will be between two permanent residents, it will be only sparsely furnished. However, we can guarantee a large bed, a small desk and a small shelf. To make up for that, our flat can offer a cozy living room, a large balcony, a smaller one that is directly accessible from your room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a small storage room.
Die WG hat quasi alles in nächster Nähe: 5min zur Haltestelle Heinrich-von-Stephan Straße (hier fahren die Straßenbahnen 3 und 5 und einige Busse), 3min bis zur Haltestelle Weddingenstraße (hier fährt auch die 3), 5min bis zum nächsten Lidl, 10 bis zum Rewe oder diversen Bäckern und die nächste Apotheke sieht man schon vom Zimmer aus. Je nach Laune der Ampeln braucht man zu Fuß 15min in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof und zum Spazierengehn eignet sich der Lorettoberg direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Pizza und Thaiküche zum Mitnehmen gibts direkt vor der Haustür.

Basically everything your heart may desire is within a walking distance from our flat. The 'Heinrich-von-Stephan Straße'- and Weddingenstraße-stations are 3-5min, the next best supermarket 5 min, some fancier supermarkets 10min walking distance and a pharmac is just across the street. It takes between 15 and 20 min to get t the city centre or the train station, depending on the unfathomable will of the traffic lights.
The nearby Lorettoberg is an excellent starting point for a walk or two and the hungry will find both, pizza and Thai-cuisine, just outside the door.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG: Jonas studiert auf Lehramt, Niklas ist vor kurzem in sein Referendariat gestartet und Tanja schafft was gescheites (derzeit in Homeoffice). Wir haben keine verpflichtenden, regelmäßigen Unternehmungen oder Kochabende, aber normalerweise findet sich jemand für spontane Aktionen oder abendliche Gespräche und Fernseh- oder Balkonrunden. Also alles kann, nix muss und gegrillt werden darf auch :) Und wer seine Ruhe will, bekommt die natürlich auch.
Ansonsten freuen wir uns drauf, Dich demnächst bei einem kleinen (Online-)Casting kennen lernen zu können.

Our flatmates are a colourful mixture of students (Jonas is currently writing his bachelor thesis in maths), homeoffice-workers (Tanja is working for a local company) and something in between (Niklas just started as a teacher-in-training). We don't have any obligatory events but you'll probably always find somebody to hang out with, have a drink, talk or just a companion for a TV-night. We also have a grill ;) And if whenever you just want some damn peace and quiet, you'll get that as well.
