Hey,
vom 15.07.2022 oder 01.08.2022 bis zum 30.11.2022 wird ein WG Zimmer bei uns frei.
Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß, hat hohe Decken und kostet 335€ warm. Hinzu kommt die Kaution von 400€.
Direkt an der Küche ist ein kleiner Balkon und eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral in der schönen Wiehre in einer super Hausgemeinschaft und wir grillen gerne im Hof oder sitzen zum Kaffee zusammen. Die Bahnlinien 3 und 5 sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsläden, eine Bäckerei, die Innenstadt etc. befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Deine super Mitbewohnerin wäre Nele, 26 Jahre alt. Nele ist eher ruhig, aber sehr aufgeschlossen und offen. Sie reist gerne, geht wandern, kocht gerne und man kann sich mit ihr toll am Küchentisch unterhalten oder schöne Dinge unternehmen.
