Das Zimmer "Ost" hat einen direkten Zugang auf den Balkon mit Sicht über die Dächer von Freiburg. Man sieht das Münster, das Martinstor, das Theater und den Hauptbahnhof. Im Hintergrund ist das Elztal und Freiamt zu erkennen.
Das Bad mit Badewanne wird mit der jetzigen Mitbewohnerin geteilt, der andere Mitbewohner hat sein eigenes kleines Bad.
Im Zimmer ist ein großer Schrank und eine Schlafcouch. Das Wohnzimmer und die Essbereich sind komplett möbliert, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

The room "East" has a direct access to the balcony with an awesome view of Freiburg (see: images). You can see the cathedral, the Martinstor, the theater, and the main station. In the behind view, you can see the Elz valley and Freiamt.
The bathroom with bathtub is shared with the current roommate, the other roommate has his own small bathroom. (2-WC apartment) There is a large closet, table, bookshelf, and a sofa bed in the room. The living room and dining area are fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Straßenbahn-/ und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür (1 bzw. 3 Minuten Fussweg). Das Stadtzentrum und der Hauptbahnhof sind mit dem Fahrrad und den ÖVs sehr gut zu erreichen.
Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Ärzte, Briefkasten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Die Nähe zum Lorettoberg lädt zum Spazieren und zu sportlicher Betätigung ein.
The apartment is in the very central location. The tram/ and bus stop in front of the door (1 or 3 minutes walk). The city center and the main station are very easy to reach by bike (5 min) or with public transport.
There are good shopping facilities, pharmacy, doctors around.
The proximity to the Lorettoberg invites you to walk and also to do sports.
Aktuell wohnen in der 3er WG eine Frau und ein Mann. Sie sind beide Anfang 30 Jahre alt und Nichtraucher. Nach Freiburg zogen sie aufgrund ihrer Arbeitsstelle. Die Mitbewohnern ist bereits seit ca. 3 Jahre in Freiburg, der Mitbewohner seit 10 Monaten. Beide sind sehr angenehme Personen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es herrscht ein internationaler Flair, denn die Kommunikation ist in deutsch, englisch und spanisch möglich. Ab und zu wird in der WG zusammen gegessen und viel gelacht.
Bei der Wahl einer neuen WG-Mitbewohner/in entscheiden beide gemeinsam.
Currently, a woman and a man live in the 3-person shared apartment. They are both in their early 30s and non-smokers. They moved to Freiburg because of their jobs. The roommate has already been in Freiburg for about 3 years, another for 10 months. Both are very pleasant people, friendly, and helpful. There is an international flair because communication is possible in German, English, and Spanish. From time to time we eat together in the WG and laugh a lot. (and also go to discover another cities; e.g., Colmar)
Die Wohnung besitzt 3 Balkone/Terrassen, wovon 2 davon zum Frühstücken oder Grillen einladen (Blick Stadt und Vogesen/Kaiserstuhl). Der dritte Balkon ist nur vom derzeitigen Mitbewohner alleine nutzbar.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat 108qm, wobei der gemeinsam genutzte Bereich ca. 75qm beträgt.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig, da sich das Penthouse im 7. Stock befindet.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann separat dazu gemietet werden.
The apartment has 3 balconies/terraces, 2 of which are inviting for breakfast or barbecue (view city and Vosges/Kaiserstuhl). The third balcony can be used only by the current roommate alone.
The whole apartment has 108sqm, where the shared area is about 75sqm.
Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet because the penthouse is located on the 7th floor.
If you have a car, an underground parking area can be rented separately.
