Hello everyone,
We have a charming, sunlit room for sublet measuring 25 square meters available from the 27th of December 2023 until 31st January, 2024. Our delightful, two-story apartment accommodates four people and is located in the heart of Wiehre. The room faces South-East, offering a lovely view of the mountains, as depicted in the pictures.
We are located in the heart of Wiehre, with the Wiehre Alte Bahnhof just a 2-minute walk away. Nearby, you'll find various amenities, including Café Eiscafe, Omas Küche, a bakery, as well as several shopping options such as Edeka and Rewe. Every Wednesday and Saturday, a large weekly market with regional vegetables takes place in the park next to the Wiehre Alte Bahnhof.
The main train station is approximately a 5-minute walk, and the city center is reachable in about 7 minutes on foot. If you head towards Schwabentor, you'll find charming bars, kiosks, and snack shops. Here, we lack nothing :)
Our shared apartment life is incredibly relaxed. When we come together, we enjoy cooking meals, watching movies, or having a beer on the balcony. To maintain a tidy living space, we follow a rotating cleaning schedule among the four of us.
All of us are genuinely kind and fairly occupied with our respective jobs, which usually means we meet up in the evenings. We are looking for an open-minded and friendly individual and are excited to welcome you! :)
