Gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick auf den Annaplatz. Derzeit ist das Zimmer möbiliert, kann auch gerne übernommen werden.
Es gibt eine Küche mit Balkon zum zusammensitzen, die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum.
Der Annaplatz liegt im Herzen der Wiehre, im Mittelpunkt des Platzes das Annakirchle.
Vor unserer Haustüre der Spielplatz. Das ist dann auch das, was man in der Wohnung hört.
Kaum Autolärm da wir in einer Sackgasse wohnen, dafür halt eben den sehr gut besuchten Kinderspielplatz. Wird’s im Sommer mal Zuviel, bietet die Dachterrasse Abhilfe.
Bisher sind wir 3 Männer, 52, 39 und 33. Die Wg war nicht als Männer Wg geplant, bisher hat’s sich einfach so ergeben. Wir suchen einen lieben, netten, verträglichen Menschen.
In der Wg lebt eine klieine Hündin namens Gretel. Verträgliche Artgenossen sind kein Problem.
