With us a room is released relatively spontaneously, as our roommate merges with her friend. That's why we're looking for up to 01. June a new roommate for our beautiful 4s WG in Zähringen. We would be happy to meet you!
To the apartment:
For me personally, it's the most beautiful apartment I've ever lived in. She's at the top of the 9th. Floor of a high-rise building with an incredible view over the whole city.
- Huge terrace that goes around the apartment once
- Very quiet as there are no other apartments over and next to us
- A total of 4 rooms (approx. 12–14 sqm), with a large, light-flooded living room, a kitchen, a conservatory and even a private sauna!
- The apartment lives above all from the spacious common areas :)
- The room would be about 680€ a month.
And now to us:
Laura (25):
- loves to be in the mountains, whether climbing or skiing
- lives vegan
- Works in research as a virologist
- likes to watch Trash TV on the Beamer
Henri (29):
- Go to the gym and jogging
- Liest likes & much
- Plays Ukulele and Piano
- Works as a solar electrician
Finn – I (29):
- Go passionately like to boulder (if it fits 3x per week)
- Care with dedication with Henri together our almost 50 room plants
- Play piano or chill at sun on our terrace
- Work remotely as e-commerce manager
Overall, we are a relaxed professional WG. The wild years we have behind us – but a few rooftop parties are still planned this year again 😉 We are all early in bed (so between 22 and 24) and start in the morning relatively early in the day.
Because the apartment offers so much communal space, we would like to have a roommate who also likes WG life: cook together, watch movies on our screen, play a game in the evening, go to the sauna or even do something outside – for example wander.

Bei uns wird relativ spontan ein Zimmer frei, da unsere Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht. Deshalb suchen wir ab jetzt bis spätestens 01. Juni eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere schöne 4er-WG in Zähringen. Wir würden uns freuen, dich mal kennenzulernen!
Zur Wohnung:
Für mich persönlich ist es die schönste Wohnung, in der ich je gewohnt habe. Sie liegt ganz oben im 9. Stock eines Hochhauses – mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick über die ganze Stadt.
- Riesige Terrasse, die einmal um die Wohnung herumgeht
- Sehr ruhig, da es über und neben uns keine weiteren Wohnungen gibt
- Insgesamt 4 Zimmer (ca. 12–14 qm), dazu ein großes, lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Wintergarten und sogar eine eigene Sauna!!
- Die Wohnung lebt vor allem von den großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräumen :)
- Das Zimmer würde etwa bei 680€ im Monat liegen.

- liebt es in der Bergen zu sein, ob Klettern oder Skifahren
- lebt vegan
- Arbeitet in der Forschung als Virologin

- Spielt Ukulele und Klavier
- Arbeitet als Solar-Elektroniker
Finn – ich (29):
- Gehe leidenschaftlich gerne bouldern (wenn’s passt 3x pro Woche)
- Pflege mit Hingabe mit Henri zusammen unsere fast 50 Zimmerpflanzen
- Spiele gerne Klavier oder chille bei Sonne auf unserer Terrasse
- Arbeite remote als E-Commerce-Manager
Insgesamt sind wir eine entspannte Berufstätigen-WG. Die wilden Jahre haben wir hinter uns – aber ein paar Rooftop-Partys sind trotzdem auch dieses Jahr wieder geplant 😉 Wir sind alle eher früh im Bett (so zwischen 22 und 24 Uhr) und starten morgens relativ früh in den Tag.
Weil die Wohnung so viel Gemeinschaftsfläche bietet, wünschen wir uns eine Mitbewohnerin, die auch Lust auf WG-Leben hat: gemeinsam kochen, Filme auf unserer Leinwand schauen, abends ein Spiel spielen, zusammen in die Sauna gehen oder auch mal was draußen unternehmen – zum Beispiel wandern.
