Das Zimmer ist in super Zustand und hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon. Mit Fußbodenheizung und Blick ins Grüne ist dieses Zimmer in idealer Lage.
Zwei Minuten entfernt von der Haltestelle Reutebachgasse mit direkter Anbindung an die Stadt, direkt neben einem Edeka und einem DM. Auch Bäcker, Post und Metzger sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der DB Bahnhof Zähringen ist in circa 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen! Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau und hatte vor drei Jahren ihren Erstbezug.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine nette und sehr offene Person. In dieser WG hat man viel Spaß, da meine Mitbewohnerin sehr unterhaltsam und witzig ist. Man kann über alles reden und bei Fragen oder Wünschen gab es bisher noch keine Probleme.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Badewanne, Wlan, Aufzug...alles was man sich wünschen könnte ist direkt beim Einzug verfügbar.
