I am looking for someone nice to take over my room since I am going back home (Japan) as I'm finishing my study in Germany.
Currently, our wg flat consists of three girls and one guy from the age of 24 to 30 coming from various countries (Germany, Brazil, U.S). They are studying at the University of Freiburg. We have a very big fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms, and two showers. Our common space stays very neat and clean, so we hope the next person to move in is someone also responsible and likes to keep things ordered. Most people in our wg is right now on thesis phase and busy with school stuff so we are looking for someone who is calm and chill :)
Your room will be also fully furnished: bed, bookshelf, closet, window, water bowl, desk, and chair. You have a nice window in your room where you can see the black forest.
For grocery shopping, there are Aldi and Lidl very close to the WG. There are also a volleyball coat, a little park, and an underground bar in the Händel wohnheim . You can easily go to the city center by tram and it only takes 7 mins. By bike, it' takes about 15 mins.
Also, I can only give the room to someone who moves in/start a contract from August.
Wir sind eine WG im schönen Herden im Händelwohnheim und insgesamt 3 Mädels und ein Mann. Wir studieren alle an der Uni Freiburg, kochen gerne zusammen und halten den Putzplan in Ehren 😉
Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß, hat ein 1m breites Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Sessel, Regal, Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Die WG hat eine große Küche mit Couch und Esstisch und zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils Dusche und Toilette. Das Wohnheim ist selbstverwaltet, weswegen wir uns unsere Mitbewohner selber aussuchen können. Im Garten gibt es Obstbäume, ein Volleyballfeld und Slacklinen kann man auch.
Die Straßenbahnstationen Komturplatz und Okenstraße sind jeweils nur 3 Minuten entfernt. In die Innenstadt bracht man mit dem Fahrrad 7 Minuten und zum Institutsviertel nur 5 Minuten. Lidl und Aldi sind zu Fuß nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Also alles in allem eine super Lage.
Falls Ihr von August ein schönes Zimmer sucht, meldet euch und wir können skypen oder ein Treffen ausmachen.
