Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss der zweistöckigen Wohnung und ist ca. schnucklige 12 qm groß. Es wurde im Herbst 2019 frisch renoviert, weshalb es total gemütlich ist, ebenfalls bedingt durch die Dachschrägen. Super praktisch sind auch die Einbauschränke, in denen man Platzsparend seine Kleidung und anderen Krempel verstauen kann.
Trotz der super Anbindung an die Straßenbahn, welche nichtmal 1 Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt liegt, ist es hier echt ruhig. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 15 Minuten direkt in der Freiburger Innenstadt. In direkter Nähe befinden sich auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein EDEKA, ein Alnatura, DM, eine Sparkasse, 2 Bäckereien und eine Apotheke.
Für das Zimmer, das ab 01.02.2020 frei wird, wird eine Mitbewohnerin gesucht.
Zu der Miete von 380€ kommen nochmal knappe 35€ Wlan und Strom hinzu.
