Ich biete ein ruhiges, möbliertes Zimmer mit separater Arbeitsecke in einer gemütlichen Dachgeschosswohnung zur Untermiete; eine kleine Wohnküche und das Tageslichtbad (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine) sind zur Mitbenutzung. Eine Abstellmöglichkeit befindet sich auf dem Dachboden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in wunderschöner, ruhiger und naturnaher Lage (Waldnähe).
Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV (Breisgau S-Bahn ca. 3 Minuten, Haltestelle Reutebachgasse ca. 5 Minuten) sowie bis zur Autobahn A5 (ca. 7 Minuten).
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (dm, Apotheke, Edeka, Metzger, Post, Bäcker, Optiker, Alnatura,...) sind nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

Ich werde im kommenden Jahr unter der Woche nur selten in Freiburg sein und suche für diese Zeit eine ruhige, zuverlässige und saubere Untermieterin für meine Wohnung.

Das Zimmer wird zur Zwischenmiete zunächst für 8 Monate vermietet (mit Option auf Verlängerung bis 12 Monate).
