Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 12qm und ist unmöbliert (Kleiderschrank würde ich da lassen). Das Zimmer ist leider das Einzige in der Wohnung ohne Balkonzugang.
Die Küche ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sind neu. Das Bad ist noch relativ renoviert.
Die WG liegt direkt an der SBahn-Station Hornusstraße, mit der Linie 4 braucht man 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Der Gesamtmiete mit Nebenkosten beträgt 350 Euro. Das Zimmer ist erstmal auf ein Jahr befristet, eventuell kann der Vertrag verlängert werden.
