Wohnung ist alt und nicht saniert was optische Makel anbelagt, dafür neue Fenster, neue Heizung, neue Waschmaschine, neuer Trockner, neuer Herd, neue Abzugshaube, neuer Kühlschrank.
Das Bad ist alt aber sauber.
Aktuell ist es eine Berufstätigen/Zweck-WG.
Pluspunkt: mit S-Bahn zu erreichen (Haltestelle Berggasse/Glottertalstraße), Real gegenüber zum Einkaufen, wenig Nachbarn, leise Nachbarn.
