Hi zusammen,
Wir suchen ab September eine FLINTA bzw. Frau für das frei werdende Zimmer. Die WG befindet sich im 11. Stock und das Zimmer hat ca. 12m², bei ca. 445€ im Monat (295€ Kaltmiete + 110€ Nebenkosten + 23€ Strom + 12€ Internet/Telefon + 5€ Rundfunkbeitrag).
Das Zimmer hat einen Zugang zu einem Balkon.
Das Zimmer geht Richtung Westen raus und genießt den Sonnenuntergang.
Es fährt ein Güterzug vorbei, was erträglich ist, aber immer wieder zu hören ist. Für Gemüter, die ein sehr leises Zimmer benötigen, ist das nicht perfekt geeignet.
Zusätzlich zu dem Zimmer gibt es eine Küche und ein angenehm großes Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eigentlich alles in dieser WG, was benötigt wird bzw. "gängig" ist.

We are looking for a FLINTA or woman for the vacant room from September. The flat-share is on the 11th floor and the room is approx. 12m², at approx. 445€ per month (295€ cold rent + 110€ utilities + 23€ electricity + 12€ internet/telephone + 5€ broadcasting fee).
The room has access to a balcony.
The room faces west and enjoys the sunset.
A goods train passes by, which is bearable, but can always be heard. For minds that need a very quiet room, this is not perfect.
In addition to the room, there is a kitchen and a pleasantly large living room. There is actually everything in this flat share that is needed or "common".
Unsere WG befindet sich in Zähringen am Zähringer Platz. Es gibt alles hier ums Eck, was wir benötigen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Reutebachgasse) ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Bahnhof Zähringen ein paar Minuten mehr.

Our shared flat is located in Zähringen on Zähringer Platz. There is everything we need right around the corner. The tram stop (Reutebachgasse) is about 5 minutes away. The Zähringen train station is a few minutes more.
Alle in der WG arbeiten momentan in Form von Studium und/oder Lohnarbeit. Das heißt, es gibt Zeiten, zu denen wenige oder niemand zu Hause ist und es gibt Zeiten, zu denen viele oder alle zu Hause sind. In der Zeit hängen wir gerne miteinander ab oder auch alleine im Zimmer. Es wird ein wenig so gemacht, wie es jeder_jedem Einzelnen passt. Alle haben ihr Leben und die WG ist ein Teil davon.
Wir treffen uns regelmäßig, um zu besprechen, wie es läuft und wie wir weiter zusammen leben möchten. Momentan haben wir zum Beispiel eine gemeinsame WG Kasse bzw. App, mit der wir alle Dinge einkaufen, die für den gemeinschaftlichen Gebrauch genutzt werden (Putzmittel). Des Weiteren legen wir wert auf eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit und dass alle Personen sich am Putzen und Aufräumen beteiligen. Hierfür gibt es einen Putzplan.

Everyone in the WG is currently working in the form of study and/or paid work. This means that there are times when few or no one is at home and there are times when many or all are at home. During those times we like to hang out with each other or alone in the room. It is done a little bit as it suits each individual. Everyone has their own life and the WG is a part of it.
We meet regularly to discuss how things are going and how we want to continue living together. At the moment, for example, we have a common WG cash box or app with which we buy all the things that are used for communal use (cleaning stuff). Furthermore, we attach importance to a certain basic cleanliness and that everyone participates in cleaning and tidying up. There is a cleaning plan for this.
- Wir haben Eckdaten angegeben, die aber nicht in Stein gemeißelt sind. Wenn du z.B. ein bisschen älter oder jünger bist, kann es sich u.U. dennoch lohnen uns anzuschreiben.
- Deutsch und Englisch sind die Sprachen, die alle in der WG beherrschen.
- Wir sind aus den wilden Jahren raus und schmeißen keine wöchentlichen WG Partys.
- Es wird geraucht, aber auf dem Balkon.
- Wir haben kein Bock auf Diskriminierung.
- Schreib uns gerne eine Nachricht, in der du dich und wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst. Es ist nicht notwendig einen Roman zu schreiben.

- We have given basic dates, but they are not set in stone. If you are a bit older or younger, for example, it may still be worth writing to us.
- German and English are the languages everyone in the WG speaks.
- We are out of the wild years and do not throw weekly WG parties.
- We smoke, but on the balcony.
- We don't like discrimination.
- Feel free to write us a message in which you describe yourself and how you imagine living together. It is not necessary to write a novel.
