Jochen Lembke, candidate for the Freiburger Oberbürgermeister-Wahl 2026, is looking for new stay in Freiburg and surroundings, from now on or until the end of August for rent, in 1-room apartment, WG room, furnished room, depending on the offer. (My current landlords report their own needs.)

I am childless, unbound and single, as non-smoking without pets I would appreciate similar in the new stay, but it is not a condition.

Bin Jahrgang 1961, where since 1981 in the Freiburg and the surrounding area (first from 2019 in the Breisacher area/Kaiserstuhl) and will then in 2026 join the OB election in Freiburg, as an outsider, of course, but with very large ambitions.

I grew up in Heilbronn, made Abi there, and came to study here, but on my mother's side I have very, very solid roots in Freiburg, a beautiful photo of my great grandparents, around the year 1900, can be found in the video below linked. Through my balancing, peaceful way, this would also be a blessing for the city in the great conflicts.

From my vocational training I am Masseur (and med. BM), but as a writing taxi driver (10 books and translations, taxi romane, Douglas Adams, autobiographical sachromane) in 7 cities and 3 countries on the road and wanted to continue this originally, as I am very frankophile, sometime later in Colmar/France, the reason why I currently live near the border. But Freiburg is going back to me.

At the moment, I have to live by citizens' money (Schufa (request now) -Auskunft is ok), so I am not exactly clothed with what is a disadvantage in the Freiburg area, which I am aware of. But I also like to live in the countryside, especially I would prefer a quiet area. I myself am calm and thoughtful, but would also appreciate WG lives or good contacts with landlords.

Beyond the candidacy I was very active politically - I am now looking for a place in which I am appreciated for exactly what I am and what I do, therefore the very detailed information about my rental search and to my person, in addition to my website, where everyone and in every detail can inform me, my books and my projects, etc.

Jochen Lembke, Kandidat zur Freiburger Oberbürgermeister-Wahl 2026, sucht neue Bleibe in Freiburg und Umgebung, ab sofort oder bis Ende August zur Miete, in 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, WG-Zimmer, möbliertes Zimmer, je nach Angebot. (Meine derzeitigen Vermieter melden Eigenbedarf an.)

Ich bin kinderlos, ungebunden und ledig, als Nichtraucher ohne Haustiere würde ich Ähnliches in der neuen Bleibe schätzen, es ist aber keine Bedingung.

Durch meine ausgleichende, friedliche Art wäre dies bei den großen Konflikten auch ein Segen für die Stadt.

Von der Berufsausbildung her bin ich zwar Masseur (und med. BM), war aber als schreibender Taxifahrer (10 Bücher und Übersetzungen, Taxiromane, Douglas Adams, autobiographische Sachromane) in 7 Städten und 3 Ländern unterwegs und wollte das ursprünglich, da ich sehr frankophil bin, irgendwann später auch mal in Colmar/Frankreich fortsetzen, der Grund, warum ich derzeit nahe der Grenze wohne. Aber Freiburg geht nun wieder vor für mich.

Derzeit muss ich leider von Bürgergeld leben (Schufa (request now) -Auskunft ist ok), bin also nicht gerade betucht, was im Raum Freiburg ein Nachteil ist, dessen bin ich mir bewusst. Aber ich bin auch gerne bereit im Umland zu wohnen, besonders würde ich eine ruhige Gegend bevorzugen. Ich selber bin ruhig und rücksichtsvoll, würde aber auch WG-Leben oder gute Kontakte mit Vermietern schätzen.

Über die Kandidatur hinaus war ich politisch sehr aktiv - ich suche nun ganz gezielt eine Bleibe, in der ich geschätzt bin für genau das, was ich bin und was ich mache, daher die sehr ausführlichen Informationen zu meiner Mietsuche und zu meiner Person, zusätzlich noch auf meiner Webseite, wo sich jeder und in jedem Detail, informieren kann zu mir, meinen Büchern und meinen Projekten, usw.
