The apartment is on the 8th floor, there’s an elevator. This is a family house. I’m living with another Chinese girl, Hanlu. We are both students. In February and March I’m leaving for home for 2 months, therefore letting out the room for this time window. Because it’s a family house, one of the room doesn’t have a door (my roommate’s). My room has a door, in order to access the kitchen and the bathroom you don’t need to go through my roommate’s room. However, you do need to enter her room just a little bit to access the fridge, cuz it is by the doorstep of her room. But she doesn’t mind that of course due to the circumstances.:D
I have two mattresses for a single bed, a table and a chair in the room, the wardrobe came with the room. The balcony is shared and is perfect for a relaxing morning coffee with the sunrise.
The location of the house is very close to the tram line number one, about 5 minutes from the flat. Close to the tram stop there are Edeka and Penny, as well as other shops. In 10 minutes walk, you can also get to Rewe and DM. Right downstairs in the compound you can find lots of Frelo bikes if you’re a sharedbike user, otherwise there are plenty of space to lock your own bike downstairs too.
