Hallo, da ich dieses Semester im Ausland bin, würde ich mein Zimmer gerne untervermieten bis zum Sommer. Es ist ein sehr neues Wohnheim vom Studierendenwerk, deshalb ist es mir auch nur erlaubt an Studierende aus Freiburg zu vermieten. Dementsprechend sind auch die Zimmer und die restliche Einrichtung sehr neu.Das Zimmer ist ungefähr zwischen 10m^2 und 15m^2 .
Das Wohnheim liegt in Weingarten. Man ist sehr schnell bei der Bahnlinie 3 und auch in unter 10min an der Bahnlinie 5. Ein Edeka und Bäcker sind ebenfalls in Fussnähe und wenn man ein bisschen was grösseres will gibt es auch ein Kaufland, dass mit Bahn und Fahrrad schnell erreichbar ist.
Zusätlich ist der Dietenbachsee nicht weit weg und man kann im Sommer baden gehen oder auch Volleyball spielen im Park.
Unsere WG besteht aus 4 Leuten. Wir verstehen uns untereinander sehr gut und kochen auch hin und wieder mal zusammen. Trotzdem hat man gut die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurückzuziehen, wenn man gerade mal eine Pause braucht.
