Wir suchen noch eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für das große Zimmer in unserer 3er WG vom 01.04.2024- 30.04.2024. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon und nach Westen ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche und großen Balkon nach hinten raus mit Blick in die Vogesen und schönen Sonnenuntergängen.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Eschholzstr im schönen Stühlinger, man hat es also nicht weit zum Hauptbahnhof/Uniklinik/Innenstadt/überall hin eigentlich. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Aldi, Netto, Edeka und alles was man so zum Alltag braucht

Es wohnen mit dir Olivia die gerade mit ihrem Jura Studium beschäftigt ist t und Elin, die gerade ihren Doktor in Chemie macht, sonst auch viel mit Klettern, Bouldern, Wandern und Langlaufen beschäftigt ist.

Es sind beide mit Job, Uni und Leben oft ganz gut eingespannt, aber ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss, kochen wir gerne mal zusammen, machen einen Spieleabend oder genießen einfach die Sonne auf unserem schönen Balkon.
