Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, welches viel Licht ins Zimmer bringt. Es ist ziemlich ruhig, da es nach hinten zur Garage/Fahrradabstellplatz geht.
Das Zimmer wird so wie es im Bild erkennbar ist mit einem Bett inklusive Matratze (Bettzeug kann gestellt werden), Tisch mit Stuhl, einem offenen Regal und einem Schrank mit Türen vermietet.
Die nächste Bahn-/Bushaltestelle liegt drei Gehminuten entfernt, die Westarkaden sind ebenfalls in fünf Gehminuten sehr schnell zu erreichen.Außerdem gibt es noch einen Lidl direkt um die Ecke.
Ahmad, 30 Jahre alt, arbeitet als Lagerhelfer und lernt besucht einen deutschen Sprachkurs, guckt gerne Filme nach Feierabend und an seinen freien Tagen geht er ganz gerne mal schwimmen.
Elli, 35 Jahre alt, studiert Ihren Master an der EH, arbeitet nebenher in der Pflege sowie politischen (Friedens-)Bildung. In ihrer Freizeit engagiert sie sich ehrenamtlich oder trifft sich mit Freunden.
Wir beide sind verheiratet und möchten das kleinere Zimmer unserer Zwei-Raum-Wohnung gerne untervermieten.
!!! Die Vermietung findet OHNE Untermietvertrag statt, daher ist KEINE Registrierung bei den Behörden möglich. Ebenfalls hat die Wohnung KEIN WLAN. Wenn Ahmad zuhause ist, kann er seine unbeschränkten mobilen Daten teilen. Bitte nur melden wenn beides kein Problem darstellt!

The room has a large window, which brings a lot of light into the room. It is quite quiet, as it goes to the back to the garage/bicycle storage room.
The room is rented as shown in the picture, with a bed including mattress (bedding can be provided), table with chair, an open shelf and a closet with doors.
The nearest train/bus stop is a three-minute walk away, the Westarkaden is also a five-minute walk away. There is also a Lidl just around the corner.
Ahmad, 30 years old, works as a warehouseman, doing German language class during the weekdays, likes to watch movies after work and on his days off he likes to go swimming.
Elli, 35 years old, is studying for her Master's degree at the EH and works part-time in nursing and gives workshops in political (peace) education. In her free time she does volunteer work or meets up with friends.
We are both married and would like to sublet the smaller room of our two-room apartment.
!!! Renting will be WITHOUT any contract so you’re NOT able to register by the government. As well we can’t offer wifi in the flat, just sharing Hotspot when Ahmad is at home. Please send just us message if both aren’t a problem for you!
