I am looking for a flatmate (male/female/couple possible) in a freshly built apartment of 112m2 in Freilassing. The apartment will be fully furnished (still moving, more photos will come soon), also the room has a bed, a closet and a desk. All furniture is high quality. The apartment building is modern, has geothermall heating and wooden heated floor (it's a dream come true, really).
There are 2 bathrooms, 2 big logias with a mountain view, a big living room merged wita h kitchen, a brand high-quality kitchen is on its way.
The living room is shared. There will be big kitchen and a dinning table in the dining part, and couches in the launge area. I do not plan to get a TV.
The building has a private underground parking which you can use.
I am will be your flatmate. I'm working in a tech company, most of the time home office. I like to travel and enjoy mountthe ains. Please write a few words about yourself when you apply.
The apartment is in the center of Freilassing, it's 10 min walk from the train station which can take you to Munich (~1.5 hours, or Salzurg (~10min). It's also just 15 minutes away from Alps, 30 min to the closes Ski resorts, there are also many lakes around. There are a few big supermarkets in 3-5 minutes away
I'm a working professional (designer) doing home-office most of the time, but I also travel quite a bit. I am quite into sports, especially mountain sports. It's better if we have matching personalities and can share some time together. Guests are possible in the house when it's convinient for both of us. The third bedroom might be available to occasional guests.
It's a high quality house, I invest in high quality furniture and appliences, I would like to share this with someone who can treat this accordingly. I am learning German, but not fleunt in it, so English would be the main language of the house. Russian French or Spanish are other options.
