The apartment is in the center of Freilassing, it's 10 min walk from the train station which can take you to Munich (~1.5 hours, or Salzurg (~10min). It's also just 15 minutes away from Alps, 30 min to the closes Ski resorts, there are also many lakes around. There are a few big supermarkets in 3-5 minutes away

I'm a working professional (designer) doing home-office most of the time, but I also travel quite a bit. I am quite into sports, especially mountain sports. It's better if we have matching personalities and can share some time together. Guests are possible in the house when it's convinient for both of us. The third bedroom might be available to occasional guests.

It's a high quality house, I invest in high quality furniture and appliences, I would like to share this with someone who can treat this accordingly. I am learning German, but not fleunt in it, so English would be the main language of the house. Russian French or Spanish are other options.
