Ich suche eine Untermieterin für mein Zimmer in unserer schönen 2er WG vom 15.4.2024 - 15.7.2024. Das Ein-/ Auszugsdatum ist noch verhandelbar. Die WG liegt in der Prinz- Ludwig- Straße in Freising und man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt oder beim Rewe. Zum Bahnhof läuft man ca. 15 min und auf dem Campus ist man auch in weniger als 10 min mit dem Rad.
Die WG hat eine große Küche in der wir gerne zusammensitzen. Das Bad ist kleiner aber fein.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 12qm und ich würde alle Möbel (Bett mit Matratze, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange) im Zimmer lassen und dafür eine Kaution verlangen. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 350€ dazu kommt noch Strom mit ca. 15€.
