Room
I am renting out my shared room from March to the end of September. It is very centrally located in Vöttinger Straße at the crossroads, so you can walk to the supermarket, the city center, the train station, the forest and the university by bike in ten minutes. There is a beer garden in the inner courtyard, but the rooms face the street, so you can't hear anything. There is also a kebab, pizza and burger store in the same building, which is very practical :)
The room is very bright thanks to the two windows, the furniture is left inside (1.60m bed, desk, wardrobe, sofa). Overall, it's a three-person shared flat, one flatmate has just graduated in landscape architecture and planning and is now working in an office and the other flatmate is now starting her bachelor's thesis in the same degree program.
So far, life in the shared flat has been quite intense, but this can of course vary if desired.
