Das Zimmer ist 12.2 qm groß. Es hat einen Laminatboden und 2 große Fenster. Es wird möbiliert gegen eine Ablöse von 250 Euro vermietet, dazu gehören ein 1,40m Bett, eine Matratze, ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch. Die WG nimmt das gesamte Haus ein. Vor allem im Sommer kann man gemütlich im Hinterhof zusammen sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen.
Das Bad ist mit Badewanne/Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine ausgestattet, ein extra WC gibt es im Notfall auch noch.
Auch die Küche ist komplett mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschränken und Mikrowelle ausgestattet.

The room is 12.2 square meters. It has a laminate floor and 2 large windows. It is rented furnished for a fee of 250 euros, including a 1.40m bed, a mattress, a wardrobe, a desk. The shared flat is a two floor house. Especially in summer you can sit together comfortably in the backyard and end the day.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and washing machine, and there is an extra toilet in case of an emergency. The kitchen is also fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
Die WG liegt günstig direkt an der Innenstadt, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist gerade mal 50m entfernt. In die Fussgängerzone und zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist man zu Fuß nichtmal 5 Minuten unterwegs. Für Großeinkäufe ist das Steincenter in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Uni ist bequem in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist auch in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The WG is conveniently located right in the city center, the nearest bus stop is just 50m away. In the pedestrian zone and to the nearest shops you can walk less than 5 minutes. Steincenter can be reached in about 10 minutes. The university can also be easily reached in 20 minutes on foot or in 7 minutes by bike. The train station is also just a 15-minute walk away.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Luisa (24), die Lebensmittelchemie im Master an der TUM studiert und bald mit ihrem Doktor beginnt. Julia (25) zieht ab 01.08. Sie ist Doktorandin am Lehrstuhl für Lebensmittelchemie.
Ich ziehe mit zwei anderen Mitbewohnern zum 1. September aus, weil wir hier unser Studium beendet haben. Wir suchen einen unkomplizierten und aufgeschlossenen neuen Mitbewohner. Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan für die Wohnung, damit sich hier alle wohlfühlen. Auch wenn jeder seinen eigenen Zeitplan hat, planen wir, wenn wir gemeinsam Zeit finden, Kochabende, Grillabende im Innenhof oder eine Fußballmeisterschaft in einer Bar.

Your new roommates will be Luisa (24) who finished studying her master’s degree in food chemistry at TUM and soon be starting her PhD at the same chair. Julia (25) is moving in from 01.08. She is a PhD student at the Chair of Food Chemistry.
I and two other roommates are moving out on September 1st because we have finished our studies here. We are looking for an uncomplicated and open-minded new roommate. We have a cleaning schedule for the flat so that everyone feels comfortable living here. Even though everyone has their own schedule when we manage to find time all together we plan cooking evenings, bbq in the courtyard or watching football championship in a bar.
