Das Zimmer in der WG ist mit seinen 18 m² sehr groß und zeichnet sich durch eine riesige Fensterfront und Balkon aus. Durch diese scheint mittags und abends die Sonne, weshalb das Zimmer sehr hell ist. Die Möbel wie Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Kommoden können übernommen werden. Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan, der eingehalten werden sollte.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet.

The room in the shared flat is very large with its 18 m² and characterized by a huge window front and balcony. Through this the sun shines in the noon and evening, which is why the room is very bright. The furniture such as bed, wardrobe, desk and chests of drawers can be taken over. We have a cleaning schedule that should be followed.
The rest of the apartment is also fully equipped.
Die WG befindet sich zentral in der Wippenhauser Straße. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 4 Minuten entfernt und viele weitere sind in 7-8 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Universität ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und auch der Bahnhof oder die Isar für den Sommer sind in 10 Minuten Entfernung. Zudem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür mit einer Fahrzeit von 1 Minute, die es ermöglicht, alle 15 Minuten den Bus zum Bahnhof zu nehmen. Den Bahnhof erreicht man auch zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.
The flat share is located centrally in Wippenhauser Str. The nearest supermarkets is 4mins away and many more can be reached in 7-8 minutes. The university can be reached in 10 min by bike and also the train station or the Isar for the summer are in 10 mins away. In addition, there is a bus stop with 1 min running time directly in front of the door, which allows you to take the bus every 10 min to the train station. You can also reach the train station on foot in 10 mins.
Unser WG-Leben ist relativ entspannt und ruhig und jeder kann sich seinen eigenen Raum nehmen. Ab und zu kochen wir gemeinsam. Christina macht ihr Praktikum im Frauhofer Institut und interessiert sich für Reiten und Backen. Madhu arbeitet bei Texas Instruments und kocht einige der besten indischen Gerichte.
Our flat-sharing life is relatively relaxed and quiet and everyone can take their own space. Every now and then we cook together. Christina is doing her internship in Frauhofer institute and is interested in Horse riding and baking. Madhu is working at Texas instruments and makes some of the best Indian dishes.
Es gibt einen wöchentlichen Reinigungsplan für die Küche, den Boden und das Badezimmer, damit eine gewisse Hygiene gewährleistet ist und sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Wenn du dich einmal nicht selbst um die Reinigung kümmern kannst, weil du viel zu tun hast, ist das natürlich kein Problem.
