Das Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß und liegt auf der Südseite des Studentenwohnheims. Obwohl es im Souterrain liegt kommt Mittags und Abends die Sonne durchs Fenster wodurch es im Zimmer schön hell ist und im Sommer sogar kühl bleibt. Das Studentenwerk stellt das Bett, den Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen großen Kleiderschrank sowie zwei kleine holzkommoden. Die weiße Kommode sowie das Sofa ist von mir selbst und würd ich wieder mit raus nehmen :)
Zur Uni kann man in unter 10 Minuten spazieren, die Bushaltestelle zur S-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür und man braucht ca 5 min zum Bahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad ist dementsprechend auch alles schnell erreichbar.
Die Küche und das Bad teilst du dir mit meiner Mitbewohnerin die Forstwissenschaften dann im 4ten Semester an der Hochschule studiert :D
Das Zimmer kann nur an immatrikulierte Studierende vermietet werden. Wenn du Interesse hast meld dich gern hier :)
