We are subletting 2 rooms in our 4 person WG in Griesfeldstraße (just 4 min walk to TUM Weihenstephan) as we're going away on vacation.

The apartment was renovated/refurbished in summer 2021 and has a total area ~80sqm, with 4 separate rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub, and south-facing balcony as well as a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as the utensils.
The shared area and the rooms are fully furnished.
In the large shared garden, you can barbecue, sunbathe, get together or just have a beer.
The apartment is located approx. 4 minutes walk away from the Weihenstephan campus. The bus stop is 1 minute walk away and the Freising bahnhof can be reached from there in 8 minutes by bus. The Garching campus can be reached in 30 minutes with the 30 minutes with the x660.
The Vöttinger Weiher is about 700 meters away on foot and Klimperkestan (Pub) is close by.
The flat is in a transitionary period since all 4 of us would be moving out by the end of the month.
Your flatmates would be Merrica and Dinuka who just started their masters at TUM recently.
Until now it has been a communal flatshare where everyone cooks and enjoys their time together. However, it would be perfectly fine if you'd like to spend your time by yourself.
The rent includes all additional costs (internet, electricity, GEZ, kitchen utensils, furniture etc.)
The rooms would be available from 28th of February, however an earlier or later move-in date would be possible.
Unfortunately the stay cannot be extended beyond the end of March since our current tenancy contract ends by then.

Preference will be given to students, doctoral candidates, young employees of colleges/universities, trainees, etc.
