Diese Worte begleiten mich seit Jahren. Vielleicht findest Du ja auch…. :)

WER ?

Ich bin Marius, 29 Jahre jung und liebe es zu lachen. Wellen und Meer sind neben dem Thema Wasser & Landschaft meine große Leidenschaft. Ich bin unglaublich gerne draußen unterwegs (alleine sowie gemeinsam) und liebe es mit meinen Freunden Musik zu machen - generell Menschen zusammen zubringen macht mir eine riesen Freude, am liebsten mit selbstgemachter Musik und Pizza aus dem Lehmofen.

Als Bauingenieur für Wasser & Umwelt hat mich mein Weg über eine zweijährige Permakultur Ausbildung und viel Zeit im Ausland nun zur Landschaftsarchitektur geführt und ich habe im März an der hswt im International Master of Landscape Architecture nochmal angefangen zu studieren. Außerdem arbeite ich als Projektingenieur in einem kleinen Büro für naturnahe Abwasserbehandlung und halte Vorträge zum Thema wassersensible Stadt- & Landschaftsentwicklung.

WAS ?

Gemeinschaft. Mir fehlen gerade wirklich die Herzensmenschen um mich herum.

Ein Ort zum Ankommen, Fokus & Co-Kreation.

Ein harmonisches und achtsames Miteinander ist mir wichtig. Geteilte Werte (und auch gerne Lebensmittel) wären ganz toll. Gemeinsam kann Mensch einfach so viel mehr bewirken und sich gegenseitig im Leuchten Supporten.

Ich wünsche mir einen hellen Raum mit Platz für Stille, Gemütlichkeit & Kreation und freue mich gleichzeitig auf gemeinsames Kochen, Tanzen, Feiern, Lachen und Austausch auf Augenhöhe. Zusammen unterwegs sein, das Leben und die Gegend erkunden finde ich großartig und wenn’s drum geht irgendwas aus Holz zusammenzuzimmern bin ich dafür auf jeden Fall auch immer gern zu haben.

Ein Haus mit Garten, Platz für Kreativität und Van Schrauben wären toll, eine Wohnung mit Balkon hat aber auch ihren Charme. ;)

Ein Parkplatz für meinen Van Bella und die Offenheit für vierbeinigen Besuch meiner zwei Hunde Siddhartha & Kamala (machen momentan Dauer-Urlaub bei meinen Eltern) wären ein Traum, letztlich aber auch kein Ausschlusskriterium falls sich der Rest gut anfühlt.

Falls ihr wirklich viel Platz habt und offen dafür seid, könnte ich mir auch gut vorstellen, einen Wohnwagen zu kaufen und mit euch auf dem Grundstück zu wohnen. Der Traum ist schon länger in mir unterwegs und freut sich noch auf den richtigen Moment, um in die Realität umgesetzt zu werden. :)


WANN ?

WO ?

Freising.
Bzw. im Umkreis, so dass ich in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad an der Uni oder im Zentrum bin.
(Ich hab das letzte Jahr schon auf dem Land gelebt und freue mich über ein paar mehr Menschen in der Weltmetropole Freising…)

WIE ?

Mit Leichtigkeit, good vibes und Gemeinsamkeit.
Ich hab Lust auf Jam Sessions, “Leave-No-Trace Events” & Pizza Sessions zu organisieren, Gemeinsames Erkunden und Erleben, Berge und Flusswellen.

DAS BRINGE ICH MIT

Das was in und auf Bella passt.
Da diese weder lang noch hoch ist, beschränkt sich das auf das Wesentliche.

Mit Sicherheit dabei:
Mein Surfboard, Mountainbike und Kletterschuhe, sowie meine Cajon und Bass.
Meine Leidenschaft für Wasser & Landschaft, ein offenes Herz und Vorfreude auf ein neues Kapitel.

These words have been with me for years. Perhaps you will also find.... :)

WHO ?

I am Marius, 29 years young and love to laugh. Waves and the sea are my great passion, along with water and landscape. I love being outdoors (alone and together) and making music with my friends - generally bringing people together is a great pleasure for me, preferably with homemade music and pizza from the clay oven.

As a civil engineer for water & environment, my path has now led me to landscape architecture via a two-year permaculture training and a lot of time abroad, and I will start studying again in March at the hswt in the International Master of Landscape Architecture. I also work as a project engineer in a small office for near-natural wastewater treatment and give lectures on water-sensitive urban and landscape development.

WHAT ?

A place to arrive, focus & co-create.
Harmonious and respectful cooperation is important to me. Shared values (and also food) would be great. Together we can simply achieve so much more and support each other to shine.

I would like a bright space with room for silence, coziness & creation and at the same time look forward to cooking, dancing, celebrating, laughing and sharing together at eye level. I think being out and about together, exploring life and the area is great and I'm always happy to put something together out of wood.

A house with a garden, space for creativity and van screwing would be great, but an apartment with a balcony also has its charm ;)

A parking space for my van Bella and the openness for four-legged visits from my two dogs Siddhartha & Kamala (currently on permanent vacation with my parents) would be a dream, but ultimately not an exclusion criterion if the rest feels good.

If you really have a lot of space and are open to it, I could well imagine buying a caravan and living with you on the property. I've been dreaming about it for a while and am still waiting for the right moment to turn it into reality. :)

WHEN ?

My studies start on March 18, so something between March 1 and April 1 would work, but I would prefer it to be relaxed with a little lead time to arrive.

WHERE ?

Freising.
Or in the surrounding area, so that I can be at the university or in the city center in 10 minutes by bike.
(I've been living in the country for the last year and am looking forward to a few more people in the cosmopolitan city of Freising...)

HOW ?

With ease, good vibes and togetherness.
I feel like organizing jam sessions, leave-no-trace events & pizza sessions, exploring and experiencing together, mountains and river waves.

WHAT I WILL BRING

What fits in and on Bella.
As it is neither long nor high, this is limited to the essentials.

Certainly with me:
My surfboard, mountain bike and climbing shoes, as well as my cajon and bass.
My passion for water & landscape, an open heart and the anticipation of a new chapter.
