Hallo Leute, Ein Zimmer ist ab 15. August oder 1. September bis Ende November verfügbar.
Ab November steht die gesamte Wohnung zur Verfügung. Es besteht also die Möglichkeit, die ganze Wohnung nach November mit Ihren Freunden oder Ihrer Familie zu nehmen.
Miete: 269 Euro ( Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben ) Zur Bushaltestelle sind es nur 2 min, zum Supermarkt 5 min, zur S-Bahn ca. 7 min und zur TU Dresden und zum Hbf ca. 15 bis 20 min. Anmeldung ist möglich. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug im Gebäude und bei Bedarf auch einen separaten Lagerraum. Der Raum wird auch vor der Übergabe gestrichen.

A room is available starting from 15th August or 1st of September till the end of November. After November, the entire apartment will be available. So there is a possibility of taking the whole apartment with your friends or family after November.

It takes just 2 mins to get to the bus stop, 5 mins to supermarket, around 7 mins to the S bahn and around 15 to 20 mins to TU dresden and Hbf. Anmeldung is possible.
There is also an elevator in the building and also a separate space for storage too if needed. The room will also be painted before handing over.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr friedlich mit einer wunderschönen Landschaft rund um das Haus. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe aller notwendigen Einrichtungen und gleichzeitig nah an der Natur.
The neighbourhood is very peaceful with beautiful scenery sorrounding the house. The flat is near to all the facilities you need and also near to nature at the same time.
Einer der Mitbewohner ist Student an der TU Dresden und der andere arbeitet bei Deloitte.Sie sind beide sehr nette und freundliche Menschen.
One of the rommates is a student at TU Dresden and the other one is working at Deloitte. They are both very nice and friendly people.
