Das Zimmer ist mit 17m² ausreichend groß, um alles notwendige unterzubringen. Die große Küche kann gerne als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden, wenn Besuch ansteht. Der 12m² große Balkon bietet auch genug Platz, um Gäste zu empfangen.
Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Familien, die Umgebung ist ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Netto) als auch ein Fitnessstudio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Deuben ist innerhalb von 15min zu Fuß erreichbar (geht auch in 10min, wenn man es darauf anlegt). Von da aus ist man in 15min in Dresden oder 30min in Freiberg.
Mir ist wichtig, dass du nicht jedes Wochenende eine Home in der Wohnung veranstalten willst. Es soll keine Party-WG werden. Des Weiteren sollte auch ein Grundmaß an Sauberkeit(1x wöchentlich putzen) vorherrschen, welches von beiden erhalten werden soll.

Die Miete gibt deinen Anteil aus. Die bestimmt noch kommende Nebenkostenerhöhung ist nicht eingepreist.
