Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber platzsparend mit einer Schrankwand mit ausklappbarem Bett möbliert. Dazu kommen noch ein Tisch und Stühle, Boden: Parkett. In der Einbauküche sind Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Geschirr vorhanden. Es gibt ein Bad und eine extra Toilette. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen großen Südbalkon, der ist allerdings nur über die zwei anderen Zimmer zugänglich. Das Fahrrad kann man im Keller abstellen oder einschließen.
In den Nebenkosten sind alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Hauskosten und Müll enthalten.
Das Hochhaus liegt sehr zentral Ecke Maybachstraße - Hochstraße, gegenüber der MTU. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe, der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal für Praktikanten bei der MTU oder ZF oder BA-Studenten.
In der 3-Zimmer-Wohnung wohnen zwei junge Männer, beide Werkstudenten bzw. Praktikanten. Am besten würde wahrscheinlich ein junger Mann, auch Praktikant oder BA-Student in die WG passen.
