Das Zimmer ist Richtung Innenhof gerichtet. Es ist unmöbiliert und hat 16m2.
Es ist hell und hat Blick zum Garten außerdem sind die Wände verputz.
Die Lage ist perfekt, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad an den See und in die innen Stadt. Ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Bodenseecenter. Und 200m entfernt befindet sich ein Bäcker. Ca. 800m einen Supermarkt. Volksbank und die Bushaltestellen sind direkt gegenüber. Also Top Lage und sehr zentral!!
Wir sind alle berufstätig, dennoch sind wir keine zweck wg! Wir treffen uns gerne abends im Wohnzimmer (mit großem Sofa, TV und Eckbank die zum verweilen einlädt). Außerdem unternehmen wir gerne ab und zu etwas. Studenten sind auch herzlich willkommen!
Da wir gerne Gleichstand bezüglich den Geschlechtern haben wollen suchen wir eine Frau. Besichtugungen bevorzugt entweder Sonntags oder unter der Woche abends.
