Die Wohnung liegt zentral in dennoch ruhiger Lage zum Bodensee. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind Lidl, Aldi und die Zughaltestellen Löwental in Richtung Ravensburg und Berufschluzentrum Richtung Lindau. Direkt vor der Haustüre ist eine Bushaltestelle. Von der Wohnung aus ist das Berufschulzentrum (Hugo-Eckener-Schule, Berufskolleg, Wirtschaftsschule sowie TG, WG und EG) in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar!!!
Die Wohnung ist schön hell und man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Rollläden sind vorhanden. Es sich um eine "Warm-Inklusiv-Miete" d.h. die Miete beträgt immer € 300,00 inkl. Nebenkosten und Telefon mit Internet-Flat.
Meine 2 Katzen und ich freuen uns schon auf neue Mitbewohner!
