Es gibt 2 Zimmer zu vermieten, die gleich groß sind. Das eine Zimmer war ehemals das Wohnzimmer und hat deshalb schon einen TV mit Kabelanschluss.
Ein drittes gemeinsames Zimmer mit Esstisch ist auch vorhanden.
Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Bodenseecenter, sowie von der ZF (FEZ, Forum, Werk1) entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Mühlöschstraße) ist 50m entfernt.
Ich suche 2 ordentliche Mieter für diese Wohnung als neue 2er WG. Gerne DH-Studenten der DHBW oder Studenten der ZU. Aktuell befindet sich die Wohnung noch in Eigennutzung, wird aber ab 01.01.2024 frei. Da die Raumaufteilung es anbietet, werde ich eine WG daraus machen.
Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung wurde 2016 renoviert und hat eine neue gemeinsame Küche für 15000€ bekommen. (Küchenutensilien bleiben teilweise da)
Es gibt ein schönes gemeinsames Bad mit Duschbadewanne und eigener Waschmaschine (Trockenraum im Keller) und ein gemeinsames Esszimmer. Die zwei Schlafzimmer werden noch möbliert (Bett, Schrank, evtl. Schreibtisch), sodass Sie nichts selber mitbringen müssten.
Es gibt auch einen Kellerraum, der zur Wohnung dazugehört. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen KFZ-Parkplatz, der für 40€ mitgemietet werden kann.
Es ist auch möglich, eine Person als Hauptmieter festzulegen, die sich dann ihren Mitbewohner selbst aussuchen kann.
