Das Zimmer ist eines von drei WG-Zimmern im Dachgeschoss des Hauses.
In der 3er WG gibt es eine kleine Küche. Zusätzlich zum Bad gibt es ein extra WC, was die Rush-Hour entschärft.
Das angebotene WG-Zimmer besteht aus zwei Zimmern, das Schlafzimmer ist ein abgetrenntes Zimmer.
Das Haus ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen.
Die häfler Industriebetrieben sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Ins Strandbad ist es mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit.
Der Riedlepark zum Joggen, oder spazieren gehen ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Mitbewohner sind Praktikanten oder Jungingenieure bei der hiesigen Industrie, wie ZF und MTU, bzw. Airbus in Immenstaad, oder DHBW - Studenten in Theorie- und / oder Praxisphase.
Im Keller gibt es einen Abstellraum für die Fahrräder, wo auch die Waschmaschine steht.
Im Garten steht allen ein gemütlicher Grillplatz zur Verfügung.
In der Miete enthalten sind alle Verbrauchskosten, wie Strom, Wasser und Gas sowie alle sonstigen Umlagen, z.B. Schornsteinfeger und Müllentsorgung. Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine kostet nichts extra.
Der Internetzugang erfolgt über WLAN und ist mit Zugangscode und Password geschützt. Er ist relativ schnell, da übers Breitbandkabel (Vodafone)
Hiefür fallen Kosten in Höhe von 10,00 € monatlich an.
