ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 01.07.2016 - 30.09.2016 unter.
Das große Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat direkten Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Es wird möbliert (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) vermietet.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich cool in L-Form geschnitten und auf Grund der 3 großen Fenster und er Balkontür sehr hell.
Zum Mobiliar gehören:
- Kühlschrank im Zimmer (38 Liter)
- 5.1 Soundsystem
- 55"-4K-LED-TV
- Große Couch in L-Form mit Couchtisch
- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl
- Bett (1,40 m x 2,00 m)
- Schrank
- Kommode
- Spiegel
- und vieles mehr!
Die WG hat eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 kleine WCs und ein großes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Badewanne.
Alle Bäder und Zimmer wurden im Jahr 2014 saniert.
Die Lage ist genial:
Die nächste Bushalte ist innerhalb von 1 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bahnstation (Löwental) kann man innerhalb von 4-5 min zu Fuß erreichen.
Der Bus fährt in regelmäßigen Abständen in die Innenstadt (Fahrt ca. 5-10 min).
Bäcker und der nächste Lidl sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen.
