Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer schönen WG, mitten in Friedrichshafen, von Anfang Juli bis Ende August. Wahlweise auch nur für einen Monat. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, verfügt also über Schreibtisch, Regal, Bett etc. Ich habe das Zimmer fast komplett ausgeräumt, also habt ihr viel Platz für eigene Sachen :)
Zeppelin Universität / DHBW / ZF / MTU : 10 min mit dem Fahrrad
Bahnhof: 5 min zu Fuß
Innenstadt: 10 min zu Fuß
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE und Norma) sowie die Bars/Cafes in Friedrichshafen sind auch zu Fuß in unter 10 min zu erreichen.Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen großen Innenhof/Garten!
Die Wohnung ist ca. 150m² groß, hat einen sehr geräumigen Flur und eine über 30m² große Küche, in der man auch mal mit mehreren Leuten kochen kann. Dazu kommen 2 Bäder, mit Badewanne und einer separaten Dusche. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kochen gerne zusammen, machen gemeinsam Sport oder Ausflüge :)
